Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- chicken - 1 (5
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- can mushrooms, chopped - 1 item
- hot Mexican Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can pimiento, chopped - 1 item
- thin spaghetti, broken in short sections may need more - 1/2 lb
How to make chicken creole:
Boil chicken until tender. Remove from broth (about 2 quarts broth needed). Add broken spaghetti, peppers and onion. Boil until spaghetti is tender, about 20 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, pimento and mushrooms. Debone chicken. Dice and add to mixture. Grate cheese and mix until cheese is melted. Put in baking dish. May refrigerate for 24 hours before using. Place in a 400° oven for 30 minutes before serving. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
