Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 8 item
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- 1/2 cup water - 2 item
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Combine rice, soup mix, chicken soup and water. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Melt butter and drizzle over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. If using glass pan, bake at 325°.Serves eight.
