- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves or 2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken pieces with skin removed - 6 item
- flour - 1/3 c
- egg whites lightly beaten - 2 item
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
How to make crispy oven fried chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Roll chicken pieces in flour to evenly cover all sides. Dip chicken in egg white and roll in cornflake crumbs. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 20 - 30 minutes for boneless breast halves or 45 - 55 minutes for chicken pieces.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
