Stuffed chicken breasts
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- slices swiss cheese - 4 item
- slices boiled ham - 4 item
How to make stuffed chicken breasts:
Flatten chicken breasts. Place slice of ham and swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Tuck in and roll up like a jelly roll. Combine crumbs, parmesan and parsley. In baking dish, melt butter on high for 30 - 40 seconds. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken rolls seam side down. Cook, covered at 70 percent power in microwave for 12 - 15 minutes until done. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
