Baked pineapple chicken
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
- lemon, thinly sliced - 1 item
- can sliced pineapple - 1 item
- half chicken breasts - 6 item
How to make baked pineapple chicken:
Drain pineapple reserving juice. Mix juice with cornstarch, sauce and mustard. Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish, skin side up. Broil until brown. Stir sauce and pour over chicken. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Arrange lemon and pineapple slices around chicken. Spoon sauce from baking pan over all. Continue baking 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Chicken, Poultry.
