  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • chopped celery - 2 c
  • chicken broth - 1 item
  • soup can milk - 1 item
  • large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • cans mushroom soup - 2 item
  • large fryers or hen, cooked until tender remove from bone - 2 item
  • spaghetti or elbow macaroni

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Cook spaghetti or macaroni in chicken broth. Saut? in butter the celery and green pepper. Add mushroom soup, milk and cheese. Warm until cheese is melted. Layer spaghetti, meat and sauce. Bake until bubbly at 350° in large casserole.
