Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chicken broth - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- large fryers or hen, cooked until tender remove from bone - 2 item
- spaghetti or elbow macaroni
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti or macaroni in chicken broth. Saut?© in butter the celery and green pepper. Add mushroom soup, milk and cheese. Warm until cheese is melted. Layer spaghetti, meat and sauce. Bake until bubbly at 350° in large casserole.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
