Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cheese - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- broccoli, chopped - 1 pkg
- chicken, cooked and cut - 2 c
- chicken broth, thickened - 1 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Mix chicken broth that is thickened. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Pour mixture over chicken and rice. Add bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
