Ingredients/Components
- chicken breast, cooked and cubed - 5 item
- frozen chopped broccoli, partially cooked - 3 4
- cooked rice - 3 c
- milk - 2 c
- mayonnaise
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- sharp cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tsp
- cornstarch - 2 tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- can swanson vegetable broth - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- chicken cut into strips - 1 lb
- broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, celery, green onions - 5 c
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
How to make broccoli chicken casserole:
Stir cornstarch, ginger, broth and soy sauce until smooth. Set aside. Brown chicken in 2 tbsp. oil. Set aside.In 1 tbsp. oil, stir fry veggies until tender and crisp. Reduce heat, add chicken and broth mixture. Cook until boils and thickens. Serve on rice.
