Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- fine bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 1
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- chili sauce - 4 oz
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- frozen pie crust - 1 item
- mellow Cheddar cheese, grated
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Cheese Topping:8 oz. mellow Cheddar cheese, grated1 egg, beaten1/4 c. milk1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Heat oven to 425°. Brown beef. Mix in all ingredients except 4 ounces of tomato sauce, the chili sauce and the cheese topping. Spread mixture in frozen pie crust. Top with the cheese mixture. Bake about 30 minutes.
