Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chicken broth - 3 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- chopped potatoes raw - 2 c
How to make cheese soup:
Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, butter and broth. Cook 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Mix milk, flour and parsley. Add to vegetables and let thicken a little.
