Ingredients/Components
- chopped green or sweet red pepper - 1 item
- sliced green onions - 1 item
- salsa - 1/2 c
- chopped tomato - 1 item
- tortilla chips - 1 bag
- sliced Vlasic or Early California pitted ripe olives - 1 item
How to make nachos ole:
In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine soup and salsa. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with tomato, green onions, olives and pepper. Serves 6.Tip: If desired, warm chips in microwave. Divide tortilla chips between 2 microwave-safe plates. Microwave 1 plate at a time, uncovered, 45 seconds.
