  • hamburger - 1 1
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
  • English muffins - 1 pkg
  • fennel seed - 1 tsp
  • can pizza sauce - 1 item

How to make pizza burgers:

Brown hamburger and fennel seed; drain. Cut muffins in half and put on cookie sheet. Put 1 teaspoon pizza sauce on muffins. Put hamburger and Mozzarella cheese on top of sauce. Put cookie sheet in broiler; cook until cheese is brown.
