Beef teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- ground ginger - 3/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- Minute rice
- beef broth - 2 c
- large onion - 1 item
- green pepper strips - 1 c
- beef strips - 1 lb
- garlic clove, minced, or garlic sprinkles - 1 item
How to make beef teriyaki:
Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover; let stand 5 minutes and serve.Substitute chicken strips. Add celery, carrots and chicken broth.
