- milk
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- water - 2 c
- paprika
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up - 4 item
How to make cheese and potato soup:
Put potatoes, salt and water in a saucepan. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Blend flour, pepper, paprika and sour cream until smooth. Stir into potatoes and add milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Pork, Ham.
