  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • diced celery
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 8 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • diced potatoes
  • chopped broccoli or California Blend - 20 oz

How to make cheesy potato and broccoli soup:

Add bouillon to water and heat. Add potatoes, celery, onions and broccoli; cook until tender. Add soup and cheese; cook on low until cheese melts but doesn't curdle.
