  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water
  • whipping cream - 1/2 3/4
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • medium zucchini, chopped - 3 item
  • bouillon cubes beef - 2 item

How to make cream of zucchini soup:

Cook all but cream and butter until tender over medium heat for 45 minutes. Puree cooked ingredients. Stir in cream and butter and serve. Adjust seasoning.
