Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- water - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- hamburg - 1 lb
- slice bread - 1 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix first 11 ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours. Shape into pingpong size balls and brown in oil. Remove and keep warm. Blend flour and seasonings into oil in skillet. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in water. Heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Add meatballs and heat through.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
