Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- water
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- Knorr leek soup mix - 1 pkg
- raw or frozen broccoli
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Simmer cut up broccoli in water 15 minutes. Do not drain off water. Add dry soup mix and 1 cup half and half. Stir until well mixed. Add Velveeta cubes. Stir until melted.
