Ingredients/Components

  • sliced carrots, cooked - 4 c
  • Velveeta cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • oleo or butter - 1/3 lb
  • large onion, grated - 1 item

How to make carrot casserole:

Saute grated onion in melted butter. Alternate layers of cooked carrots, grated cheese and sauteed onion. Top with bread crumbs. Bake about 1/2 hour at 325°.
