Ingredients/Components
- sliced carrots, cooked - 4 c
- Velveeta cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- oleo or butter - 1/3 lb
- large onion, grated - 1 item
How to make carrot casserole:
Saute grated onion in melted butter. Alternate layers of cooked carrots, grated cheese and sauteed onion. Top with bread crumbs. Bake about 1/2 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
