Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper, sliced - 1/2 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 3/4
- sliced carrots, cooked - 2 lb
- ?? sugar - 1/2 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Mix syrup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard; stir until well mixed. Add to cool carrots, onion and green pepper. Pour the soup mix over carrot mixture. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
