Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- baking soda - 3 tsp
- pinch salt - 1 item
- grated carrots or I use 2 jars junior baby food carrots - 2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add flour, soda and cinnamon. Add chopped nuts and salt. Blend all together. Bake in a Bundt pan or fluted pan approximately 1 hour. Test with a toothpick for doneness. May ice with vanilla or cream cheese frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
