Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/4
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- 1 stick margarine - 1/2 c
- each pkg - 2 oz
- roll garlic cheese spread - 1 (6
- commercial bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make carrots supreme:
Partially cook vegetables according to package instructions. Drain well. Saute onions and celery in margarine. Add soup, cheese, mushrooms and 1/2 cup crumbs.Combine ingredients. Place in a greased 2-quart glass baking dish and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; then add 15 minutes more to baking time.
