- Crisco oil
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- or less salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- Add remaining ingredients
- stick margarine - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make carrot cake:
Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients.
