Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- carrots, peeled, cooked and processed until smooth in processor* - 2 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
*It is ok to use some of the cooking liquid, maybe about 1/2 cup.You can mix all this in the food processor (in about 2 batches). Bake in greased casserole dish, about 15 minutes at 400° and 45 minutes at 350°.
