Carrot relish
Ingredients/Components
- cooked carrots - 8 c
- big onion, diced fine - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- oil - 1/2 c
How to make carrot relish:
Bring vinegar and sugar to a boil and pour over first 3 ingredients. Add tomato soup and oil. Mix together and refrigerate. Very good with any roast.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Side dish, Carrots.
