Italian vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- boiling water - 4 bouillon
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced onion - 1 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- sliced carrots, cooked - 1 c
- macaroni, cooked - 1/2 c
How to make italian vegetable soup:
In a large pot, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Beans.
