Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- cooking oil
- grated cheese - 2 c
How to make carrot bread:
Combine the sugar, cooking oil and eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Add to combined mixture, 1/2 cup at a time. Mix well. Then add carrots. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Carrots.
