- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- grated carrots - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
How to make carrot bread:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add carrots, nuts, oil, eggs and mix well. Grease two (or three small) loaf pans. Place mixture in pans. bake 35-60 minutes or when tooth pick comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Carrots.
