Caramel pecan coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- cream or half and half
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- cashews or pecans - 1 item
- Pillsbury buttermilk rolls - 2 pkg
How to make caramel pecan coffee cake:
Mix brown sugar, cream and 1/4 cup melted butter in angel food pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Mix cinnamon and sugar in bowl or on waxed paper.Open rolls and dip each roll, both sides, first in remaining butter, then into sugar and cinnamon. Place side by side on brown sugar-nut mixture in pan. Bake 20 minutes at 425°. Turn upside down on plate.
