  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 4 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • to 6 peeled and sliced apples - 5 item

How to make apple cake:

Combine sliced apples, 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix together remaining ingredients to make batter. Grease and flour a tube pan. Put in batter and apples in alternate layers, beginning and ending with batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
