  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 5 6
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • hot water
  • oats - 1 c
  • In a separate bowl, mix the hot water and oats
  • desired amount coconut flakes - 1 item

How to make oatmeal cake:

Mix first 8 ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the hot water and oats. Do not cook oats! Mix both together. Bake at 350°.Icing:3/4 stick butter1 c. brown sugar5 to 6 Tbsp. milk desired amount coconut flakes Bring butter, sugar and milk to boil. Stir in desired amount of coconut flakes. Pour this over cake while it is still hot.
