Busy day chicken and rice
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- dry onion soup - 1 pkg
- cut up chicken - 1 item
How to make busy day chicken and rice:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bottom of a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan. Cover bottom evenly with uncooked rice. Arrange chicken over rice. Dot with butter. Sprinkle onion soup over chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour water into the pan. Bake for 1 hour.
