Olive cheese balls
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- margarine, softened - 2 Tbsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- large olives, drained and dried - 25 item
How to make olive cheese balls:
Beat together cheese and butter with a mixer. Stir in flour. Wrap a teaspoonful of dough around each olive, covering completely. Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.You may freeze before baking, if made before needed.
