Olive cheese balls
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour
- grated process cheese sharp Cheddar
- jar small stuffed olives about 3 doz - 1 oz
How to make olive cheese balls:
Measure flour by dip-level-pour method. Work cheese and flour together until crumbly. Add butter and stir well with fork.Mold one teaspoon of cheese dough around each olive. Place balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Heat oven to 400°. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
