- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- cans water - 2 item
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- slice bread - 1 item
- seasonings - 1 item
- uncooked regular rice not quick - 1/4 c
How to make porcupine balls:
Heat soup and water in medium saucepan. Mix all other ingredients. Shape in medium-size balls and drop in soup. Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring only slightly. Serve with mashed potatoes or with linguine.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
