- stick margarine - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese slices - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Saute onion. Add broccoli and soup. Toss in skillet. Layer rice and broccoli. Put sliced Velveeta cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 8-inch square casserole for 30 minutes at 350°, uncovered.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
