Corn vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- can corn soup - 1 3/4
- milk - 1/2 c
- broccoli flowerets - 2 c
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- cauliflowerets - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
How to make corn vegetable medley:
In saucepan, heat soup and milk to boiling, stirring often. Stir in vegetables. Return to boiling. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring often. Stir in cheese and heat through. Makes 6 servings.If desired, substitute 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower for fresh vegetables. Reduce cooking time to 15 minutes.
