Broccoli-corn bake



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • cream-style corn - 16 oz
  • chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained - 10 oz
  • coarse saltine cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
  • instant minced onion or raw onion in small pieces - 1 Tbsp

How to make broccoli-corn bake:

Topping:1/4 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted Combine first eight ingredients and place in a 1-quart casserole. Combine remaining crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serves 6.
