  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • stick margarine - 1/3 item
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • pecan halves - 1 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/3 item
  • Topping:1 c
  • 2 1/2 can sweet potatoes or 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish.Topping:1 c. light brown sugar1/3 stick margarine1 c. pecan halves1/3 c. flour1 c. coconut Mix all topping ingredients together and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
