Cauliflower au gratin



  • milk - 1/4 c
  • shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 c
  • can condensed mushroom soup - 1 item
  • cauliflower frozen, cooked to taste - 3 pkg
  • fresh bread crumbs, buttered - 1/2 c

How to make cauliflower au gratin:

Mix soup, milk and cheese together and pour over cauliflower. Have crumbs well mixed with 1 tablespoon of margarine. Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture. Place in 400° oven about 10 minutes to brown. Sprinkle paprika on top.
