Cauliflower au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- can condensed mushroom soup - 1 item
- cauliflower frozen, cooked to taste - 3 pkg
- fresh bread crumbs, buttered - 1/2 c
How to make cauliflower au gratin:
Mix soup, milk and cheese together and pour over cauliflower. Have crumbs well mixed with 1 tablespoon of margarine. Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture. Place in 400° oven about 10 minutes to brown. Sprinkle paprika on top.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
