Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 oz
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can onion rings - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Combine mushroom soup, water chestnuts (drained) and butter in saucepan; cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Put layer of broccoli in baking dish, top with 1/2 soup mixture and 1/2 cheese, then another layer of broccoli and finish with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
