Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 oz
- envelope Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients; put in large casserole. Mash up Ritz crackers. Melt oleo and put into cracker crumbs; pour over vegetables. Bake at 350° until bubbly, around 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
