Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 1 lb
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- white sugar - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- juice of 1 orange
How to make glazed carrots:
Prepare carrots and cut into small slices. Boil in water with salt and white sugar until tender; drain. Melt butter in saucepan with brown sugar and orange juice. Bring to a boil; add carrots. Do not overcook.Option: Add 1 cup blue or green seedless grapes.
