Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- margarine - 1/3 c
- light brown sugar
- nuts, finely chopped - 1 c
- sweet potatoes, cooked - 2 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. light brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. margarine1 c. nuts, finely chopped Beat mashed, cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, softened margarine, vanilla and eggs together. Place in greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients together with fork. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
