- milk - 1 item
- cheese - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- unseasoned meat tenderizer - 1 item
- sour cream optional - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 1 item
- skirt steak whole trimmed - 1 lb
- Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies - 1 item
How to make fajitas:
Marinade whole meat overnight in milk after you sprinkle with unseasoned meat tenderizer. Drain. Cut into strips and then cut strips into pieces. Place oil in skillet or wok. When it gets hot, add meat.Stir as it cooks, about 20 minutes. Add chopped onions, bell pepper, jalapenos and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Simmer until almost all of the liquid is gone. Heat floured tortillas in microwave until warm. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream.
