Boston baked corn



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • cans whole kernel corn, drained - 2 oz
  • slices diced, uncooked bacon - 8 item

How to make boston baked corn:

Combine catsup, onion, brown sugar, dry mustard and salt in 1-quart casserole bowl. Stir in drained corn. Top with diced bacon. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 1 hour. Garnish with additional cooked bacon, if desired.
