Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cans whole kernel corn, drained - 2 oz
- slices diced, uncooked bacon - 8 item
How to make boston baked corn:
Combine catsup, onion, brown sugar, dry mustard and salt in 1-quart casserole bowl. Stir in drained corn. Top with diced bacon. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 1 hour. Garnish with additional cooked bacon, if desired.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
