Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • lemon juice
  • cream cheese, softened - 1 lb
  • creamed cottage cheese - 1 lb
  • butter or margarine, melted let cool - 1/4 lb

How to make cheese cake:

Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese in electric mixer. Add sugar and eggs. Mix again. Add vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, flour, butter and sour cream. Mix well and pour into greased 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Shut oven off and let cool 2 hours. Do not open oven door.
