  • 4 oz - 2 (3
  • cold milk - 3 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • box of graham crackers - 1 item
  • Line pan with whole graham crackers
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • confectioners sugar
  • white corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 3 tsp
  • unsweetened chocolate add more if you like chocolate, 2 more - 2 sq

How to make eclair dessert:

Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Line pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers. Put on second layer of crackers. Pour on remaining pudding. Add last layer of crackers. Refrigerate for two hours.Icing:3 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. white corn syrup3 tsp. milk2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (add more if you like chocolate, 2 more) Melt chocolate with 3 tablespoons of butter. Add corn syrup, vanilla, sugar and milk. Beat until smooth. Spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serves 12. Enjoy!
