Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 pt
- cider vinegar - 1 pt
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- medium onions - 2 item
- tomatoes - 3 item
- turmeric - 1 Tbsp
- large green peppers - 5 item
- ears corn - 12 item
- large red peppers - 5 item
- bunches celery - 2 item
How to make corn relish:
Remove seeds from peppers, chopped peppers, tomatoes, onions and celery. Combine with seasonings, vinegar and water. Cook 15 minutes; add corn. Cook 10 minutes longer. Can and seal at once. Makes 12 pints.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
