  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • raisins - 1 c
  • shredded carrots - 2 c
  • honey - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 8 oz
  • Stir together dry ingredients; set aside
  • honey or powdered sugar - 1 item

How to make carrot-pineapple cake:

Blend oil, honey and eggs. Stir together dry ingredients; set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients and combine everything together. Bake in greased oblong cake pan (9 x 13-inches) in a 350° oven for 40 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.Frosting:1 stick margarine1 pkg. cream cheese honey or powdered sugar pinch of salt Combine margarine, cream cheese, honey or powdered sugar to sweeten and pinch of salt. Blend.
